We have a vested interest in our community and care about the success of your property. With many years of managing our own properties, we act and think like owners. That’s why we have implemented steps to maintain the integrity of your home.
Marketing and Advertising the Property - We provide professional photos, list on all the major booking platforms including VRBO, Airbnb, and use targeted social marketing advertising. We price each property competitively. We keep our guest fees to a minimum and aim for seven-day rentals during high season to keep your calendar full.
Screening and Processing New Tenants & Booking Reservations - We screen every guest prior to booking. We ensure prospective guests are of proper age and will take care of the property they wish to book.
Management, Cleaning, Supervision and Inspections of the Property - We use professional, trained housekeepers that provide consistent cleaning that meet CDC guidelines. Our staff also conduct an inspection before every check in to ensure no detail is overlooked. We understand what makes guest happy, and cleaning is paramount to our success and guest satisfaction.
Accounting and Financial Reporting – Owners are provided access to a portal to view revenue and monthly statements. Net rental funds are disbursed in a timely manner at the beginning of each month. We also collect and pay local, county, and state taxes on your behalf.
We strive to provide exceptional customer service to guests. Every guest will have our direct number and will be able to reach someone 24/7. We also have an easy-to-use property portal which provides directions, check-in instructions, Wi-Fi information, and other reservation details for guest convenience.
In addition to our availability to guests and dependability in protecting and promoting each property, we strive to provide fair and professional services that meet each owner's needs. Our management fee is easy to understand and includes minor maintenance. Owners do not pay for light bulbs, filters, and minor repair costs. We also provide white quality linens, including comforters at no charge to the owner for the first year. We provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and toiletries to each guest. We also offer extras for special occasions and a welcome gift for each guest at check-in. We understand this is your vacation home and it’s yours to use as much as you would like. We do not have owner blackout dates or restrictions on how long you can stay.
